Catherine is a spirited puzzler and proud dissectologist, often found piecing together 1000-piece puzzles to frame as art. A former D1 All American soccer player turned passionate runner, she carries her competitive energy into the kitchen, where she’s been a “mixer” since age three. Catherine loves experimenting with eclectic flavors and recently whipped up sautéed Japanese sweet potatoes with butter, cinnamon sugar, chili flakes, and melted Manchego cheese!
