Open Calls: We are holding open calls by appointment, and we kindly ask you to submit your application via the links below..

Tips to Getting Scouted: our scouts are looking for something different than you might expect, we do not want to see photos taken by professional photographers, we do not want to see you dressed in your fanciest outfit, and we do not want to see you with makeup on. We are looking for you at your most natural.

  • Have a clean face with absolutely no makeup.
  • Make sure your hair is in it’s natural state and that it is off your face.
  • Wear a form fitting outfit like skinny jeans and a tank top. We need to see the shape of your body.

Please note the following: There are many young models and talent that aspire to sign with an agency to start their career in the industry. Social media has been beneficial to a handful of talent getting scouted by credible agencies. Unfortunately, there are many untrustworthy individuals who pose as agents/scouts and exploit young talent. The Rock Agency wants to share safe and reliable guidance to help talent take the next steps in their professional career

  • You should never share photos in the nude or in lingerie.
  • The Rock Agency does not use 3rd parties or partnerships to scout talent. If you receive any emails from the agency, the email address will ALWAYS end with @therockagency.com. Whenever you are unsure, call or email the agency directly to verify.
  • We will NEVER ask for any personal details or photos via social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.). If we are interested in a model/talent, we will direct them to our secure online submission on our website (https://www.therockagency.com/apply or https://www.therockagency.com/apply?type=actor ). These are the ONLY URLs that you should be submitting your information to. The ONLY social media platforms we are present on, are linked at the bottom of the page.
  •  NEVER agree to meet with anyone outside of our office (415 W. Huron St. Suite 4C Chicago, IL 60654), and if you are underage, always travel with a responsible adult/guardian. Our agents will occasionally meet virtually with talent, but will only send an invite link via their @therockagency.com email.
  • You do NOT need to pay for photos to apply at an agency. Photos taken at home or that were taken by friends or family are all you need to apply. At The Rock, if an agent is interested in representing you, they may ask you to come into our office to take digitals, and these will always be free.
