Booking Conditions

Model rates can be by the hour, half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours plus ample lunch break). Overtime rates (time and a half) will be billed if model is used past 4 hours for half day bookings and after 8 hours for full day bookings.
Cancellation Policy – On Confirmed Bookings, Within 48 hours, half fee, less than 24 hours notice, full fee.
Lingerie must be confirmed prior to confirming a booking. Lingerie rules apply for bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, jockey and boxer shorts, sleepwear, transparent or translucent articles; Closed set required.
Weather Permit – on confirmed bookings half rate if services are immediately rescheduled; Full fee if not rescheduled. Weather permit options: book or release will be enforced for options when secondary job is ready to confirm.
A 20% service fee is charged on top of all model rates unless otherwise negotiated and agreed in writing.
Payment terms/Invoicing- Net 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge will be applied to billing unpaid within 30 days and for each additional 30 days unpaid.
There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card payments.
There is a $60 fee for Wire Transfer Payments
Image Usage- limited to the specific rights granted and confirmed by The Rock Agency in writing. For shows, this is event coverage/blogs/press only. Any further image usage is subject to additional fees. This includes social media postings.
Paid Social media will be negotiated as a separate entity and is not included in the standard web and electronic media usage terms. Agency must pre-approve any usage for advertising or promotion.
Third Party Usage: All agreed upon Usage Terms that include Third Party usage are the sole responsibility of the Booking Party to uphold & enforce in accordance with the original agreed upon Booking Terms.
Hair changes: cutting or color must be agreed with the agency directly prior to the shoot day
GRANT OF RIGHTS. Client is granted only the Usage Rights expressly negotiated and agreed to by all parties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and breach. Usage Term unless otherwise negotiated in writing shall not exceed 1 year.
Client shall not use generative artificial intelligence to create, alter, or synthesize any depiction of Model's likeness, whether Talent is recognizable or not. Client shall not use any content depicting Model, whether or not Model is recognizable, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, whether for internal or external purposes. Al-assisted retouching of photographs in which Model was physically present is permitted, provided such retouching does not substantively alter Model's appearance.

Client Responsibilities

Disclosure of extraordinary conditions or requirements.
When booking weather permit, specify weather conditions.
Provide adequate dressing facilities on all bookings.
Check with agency for advertising conflicts.
