Jack was born with the rare autoimmune disease CGD (Chronic Granulomatous Disease), a condition that affects about 1 in 250,000 people worldwide. Despite the challenges he has faced, he approaches life with determination and curiosity! An accomplished Irish dancer, he has performed and competed across the United States. He has also traveled to 7 countries and 14 states, with many more adventures ahead. When he's not dancing, Jack enjoys building with Legos, catching bugs, swimming, and creating new things.
